On thursday the 27th of march: we went to the art gallery firstly we got welcomed into the searjeant art gallery then when we walked in we seen a big waka walk way into the actual art gallery there was a very old stone at the bottom of the art gallery it looked very cool and nice.

It was made in 1919 it is 105 years old its about 17 million dollars for the building they had building another building next to the art gallery which looked very flash it was made of black stone and the art gallery building was made of sandstone it has been there for about 8-7 months it took ages to build it, there’s big paintings in there there’s stones eel catching nets big maori patterns a art room where u can draw with charcoal on a paper, there’s screens with peoples art from different schools, there’s a cafe next to the art gallery at the bottom .

The lady who had welcomed us was Vanessa. She was the lady who showed us around the whole place.

Sacred stuff with heaps of maori stuff in the whare marae heaps of stories about ratana pa and the big building with the wakas on the roof And the temple where anyone is aloud in the church there is band stuff and heaps of designs around the temple the poles that hold the ratana church. It is a very small town with people where they walk around or either visiting places.This person is Ratana if it wasn’t for him the town Ratana wouldn’t be here

We were going for a trip to Ratana pa so we jumped in the bus and we were ready to go.Once we arrived we got welcomed by Matua Andre Tutere and we got heaps of information from him once we were finished with that we went to this building where this man was looking at a cloud very low he started getting scared cause he came out after cleaning his Whare then the cloud got even closer and closer he was in shock!there were spirits talking to him he could see other things in the cloud and then he jumped on the table.After that we went to this building it was a big and long building very Interesting it had names on it and also Wakas on top of the building.after that we had lunch and a drink then we went to a sacred building where there was old Maori stuff Taiahas Patus and the crutches everything was scary there was heaps of old stuff in the room and pictures where there is demons we had a good look shut the door and then went to the temple.once we got to the temple we prayed and Matua Andre had a big talk about the temple and that anyone can go in the temple and the door will always be open we had a very good look around cool designs and heaps of stuff around.we finished of with a talk and thanked Matua Andre for his talking and taking us around Ratana for a walk we all said thank you then we headed off to the park for a 30 minute play then walked back to the bus hopped in and came back to school.

my story about playing soccer.i like soccer so much that I basically play it everyday with my friends Harley and Kingston and all the other boys that we play with I think I’m Good at soccer and my dribbling every time I get the ball I always get competitive and Agressive normally when I do I either score a goal or I get an assist.my passing is okay sometimes I like my shooting and how I do shoot if I have sore legs I can still shoot but I cant add more power to it its very easy at this school sometimes when I vs other good people I get even more competitive I’ll just shoot when I have to.Soccer is my main sport I’ve been playing.favourite player is Neymar or messi Neymar has really good skills messi is very good for his dribbling.
